December 26th 2005, Tulip Group is founded by Mr. Parveen Jain as a private limited company.
2007
Our first project Tulip Grand is launched, in the heart of Sonipat.
2008
Tulip Group commences development in Gururgam. Starting with Tulip Petals and Tulip Ace on Pataudi Road.
2010
Tulip Group started developing its projects Tulip Orange, Tulip White and Tulip Ivory near Southern Periphery Road, in Sector 69 & 70.
2011
Tulip Group delivered Tulip Grand in Sonipat and launched Tulip Violet in Sector 69, Gurugram.
2012
Tulip Group delivers Tulip Petals in Pataudi
2013
Tulip Group delivers Tulip Ivory, Tulip Orange and Tulip Aqua.
2014
Tulip Group delivers Tulip White and launches Tulip Lemon under Prime Minister Awas Yojna, (Hon'ble Modi Government's initiative of affordable housing)
2015
Tulip Group delivers 18 Acres of built up area, including Tulip Ace, Sector 89 and Tulip Purple, Sector 69, Gurugram.
2016
Tulip Group delivers the phase 2 of Tulip Grand, Sonipat
2017
Tulip Group delivers Tulip Violet, Sector 69, Gurugram, one of the largest group housing projects in Gurugram, of 25 Acres.
2019
Tulip Group delivers Tulip Lemon (Affordable) and phase 3 of Tulip Grand.
Successfully develops 66 Acres of built up land on Sohna Road, Gurugram.
2020
Tulip Group launches two residential projects, Tulip Yellow & Tulip Leaf, Sector 69, Gurugram.
2022
Tulip Group delivers Tulip Leaf, Gurugram. Furthermore, Tulip Group launches over 19 Acres of mixed use development located on Golf Course Road, The Tulip Monsella Residences; one of the tallest project of Gurugram
2023
Tulip Group completes the development of the Tulip Mandir and The Tulip Clubhouse, Gurugram's elite members only club.
